Ingredients

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional for a heartier soup)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4-6 small corn tortillas, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying tortilla strips)

Preparation Steps
