  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional but classic)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles or rice, for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and mushrooms (if using) until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
