Chicken Scampi
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
