Steak Fajitas

Ingredients: –
1/4 cup olive oil –
1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 pound steak (flank or skirt) – Bell peppers (sliced)
– Onion (sliced) – Tortillas – Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
2. Add the steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the steak for about 5-
4. Remove the steak and let it rest, then slice it thinly.
5. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion; sauté until tender
