- 5 pieces large eggs
- 1 can 370 ml faded milk
- 1 can 390g condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla excerpt
- 3/4 mug sugar DIRECTIONS
- Break the eggs in a clean, dry mixing coliseum.
Whisk gently the eggs until it’s well beaten.
Add vanilla and blend completely.
Add a can of condensed milk and faded milk to your egg admixture. Mix completely. - Strain the admixture about 2 to 3 times to separate some undesirable egg whites.
Set away. - In a sauce visage, caramelize sugar in low heat. Stir until it turns light brown.
- Once it turns into light brown, turn off the fire.
Transfer right down the caramel to leche flan molder or llanera to avoid crystallization of caramel. Spread the caramel unevenly and let it cool for a bit. ⁹ - Pour the egg admixture to leche flan molder or llanera with caramel for about ¾ full and cover it with aluminum antipode.
- Transfer the leche flan onto the steamer. Brume for about 35 mins to 1 hour it depends how big your molder in low heat fire.
- After storming, let it cool for a while. Place inside the refrigarator and chill it until ready to serve.
- When the leche flan had fully set, run a cutter around the edges of the leche flan.
- Place a plate on top of the molder also flip it upside down and remove the leche flan molder or llanera.
