Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Introduction
Soft, fluffy, and studded with sweet chocolate chips, these pancakes make the perfect breakfast treat for the whole family. Quick to prepare, they’re a delicious way to start your day!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings like syrup, whipped cream, or more chocolate chips.
