Irresistible Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Ingredients :

12 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinara sauce for dipping

Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks in half to make 24 pieces.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Drain each mozzarella stick in flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip flour mozzarella sticks in the beaten eggs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Roll the egg-coated sticks into the seasoned bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to stick.
Place mozzarella sticks coated on a baking plate lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line another baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange frozen mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them separately.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crispy
Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
