For the Bacon:
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Flatbread:
2 store-bought flatbreads or naan breads (or homemade if preferred)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Directions:
Step 1: Cook the Blackened Steak
Season the thinly sliced steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
Step 3: Assemble the Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread a generous layer of Alfredo sauce over each flatbread.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, blackened steak slices, and crumbled bacon.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake the Flatbread
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
