CHRISTMAS BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
2 ¼ cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 egg yolks
¾ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk
Optional: melted chocolate & sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix flour and salt; set aside.Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.Add egg yolks and vanilla and mix well.Combine flour mixture until just mixed. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pipe 1½-inch swirls on a parchment-lined pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool and dip in melted chocolate; sprinkle if desired.
